I am Kate, was born and raised in a small town in Siberia. I always dreamed about getting my Degree in the United States. I came to New York for the first time in 2007 and fell in love with the city. In 2010 I became the student at Baruch College in New York City. While I as a student I also got a job as the community outreach coordinator at the Sidewalks Department in DOT. In 2020 right before the pandemic hit us, I got a position as the Insurance Collector at MSKCC. In 2021 my husband, two kids and I relocated to Charlotte Metroarea.
In 2023 my little baby girl was born right before I passed all real estate exams. I always love to work with people. My past job experience helps me to negotiate the best prices and contact terms for my clients. I am so grateful and thankful for the opportunity to work with my clients, love listening to their stories and helping them to get their biggest purchase!
